Simon Freakley (born 1961) is a British businessman. Simon Freakley graduated from Birmingham University in 1983 with a BCom degree in Industrial Economics and Business Studies.〔http://www.birmingham.ac.uk/Documents/alumni/TheDifference6.pdf〕 Freakley specialises in company restructuring. Freakley was Chief Executive Officer of Zolfo Cooper LLP between 2008 and 2015. He was Global Chief Executive Officer of Kroll Inc. from 2004 to 2008.
